Delete your QuietSub account

QuietSub (quietsub.app) is operated by DJUMP, MB, Šilutės pl. 35G-36, LT-94105 Klaipėda, Lithuania (registration code 307521980). This page explains how to delete your QuietSub account and the data stored with it.

Delete your account from inside the app

The fastest way — no email needed:

1. Open QuietSub and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab, then open Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. Your account and all associated data are permanently removed straight away.

If you have already uninstalled the app

Email support@quietsub.app from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my QuietSub account". We verify the request and delete your account and data within 30 days.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes everything tied to it:

• your account and sign-in details (email address, display name);
• every subscription you entered — names, prices, billing cycles, renewal dates, categories, trial dates and the price history recorded for them;
• your reminder settings, notification token and in-app preferences.

Deletion is immediate for in-app requests and completed within 30 days for email requests, including removal from routine encrypted backups.

What is kept

Nothing personal. If you bought QuietSub Premium, the record of that transaction stays with Apple or Google (not with us) for as long as tax and accounting law requires; it contains none of the subscriptions you tracked. QuietSub never had access to your bank or card in the first place — the app has no bank connection to revoke.
